Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them.
What decides the price
Three things set the price of a visit. The booking page shows the total before you confirm.
The length: 30, 60 or 90 minutes
The kind of service: massage, face care, or hands and feet
Add-ons, such as warm stones or extra time
What the consultation covers
Every session starts with a couple of minutes at the table: where you're sore, how firm you like it, and anything we should work around. That talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
A card holds a 90-minute session or a booking for two or more guests, and it goes toward your visit. The 30 and 60 minute sessions have no deposit.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and we'll move or cancel your visit. With shorter notice, the policies page says what happens. If you arrive late, we shorten the session so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book or on the day. We tell you the time it adds and agree before we start, and the booking page shows what it adds to the total.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever worked on you.
A gift card works for any amount, for any session or add-on. Buy one online or at the desk; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
